Anne is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. She has held pastoral positions with youth, children, and adults during her tenure as an Associate Pastor. She has served on the Southern New England Ministry Network Presbytery and was an Adjunct Faculty member at Northpoint Bible College.

She received her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, where she has done research and gained significant experience in developing leaders, teams, and organizations. Her passion is to help people see their potential and achieve their goals and aspirations.

In addition, Anne is ACC certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Level 3 Proficient Coach with AG Coaching.

Damian Schoonmaker was born in Minnesota but grew up in Sandwich, grandson of missionaries to India and grandson to an excavating company owner. Damian gained a strong work ethic from these pioneering grandparents, as well as his own parents who served in bi-vocational pastoral ministry in various places including Sandwich and North Falmouth.

After graduating from the University of Valley Forge, Damian married Shawna in 1997, a young assistant manager at a bank and deacon’s daughter at his parents’ church in Littleton, MA. Damian and Shawna served in several churches as youth pastors while walking the painful road of infertility. When all medical hope was lost over six years of treatment, Shawna experienced miraculous healing and their first son, Ethan, was born.

After having their second son, Caleb, the Lord transitioned them to lead pastor ministry, revitalizing four churches over the next fifteen years. After having one more child, Eliana, their family was complete, a great testimony to the healing power of God. Ethan and Caleb attend Regent University in Virginia Beach, and Ellie attends a local high school on the Cape.

The Schoonmakers came to pastor Faith Assembly of God in 2024. They look forward to pastoring the Cape Cod community at Faith Assembly of God for many years to come!
